With our client Hospitadent, we had a clear goal: to modernize patient engagement in a way that reflects the demands of the digital age. They recognized that traditional static website interactions weren’t meeting patient expectations for speed and convenience. To address this, they sought a dynamic, AI-driven solution that could seamlessly handle patient inquiries, offer personalized support, and adapt to the unique challenges of their growing multilingual audience. The solution needed to not only streamline communication but also foster trust and satisfaction among patients.
We worked closely with Hospitadent to design and implement a robust AI-powered virtual assistant tailored to their needs. By leveraging advanced natural language processing and a carefully curated knowledge base, the assistant was able to deliver instant, accurate responses to patient inquiries. To enhance operational efficiency, we integrated email automation through Zapier, ensuring that any unanswered questions were redirected to the appropriate departments. Additionally, the assistant was built to refer patients to the right specialists and provide personalized guidance based on their medical history, further improving the quality of care.
The results were remarkable in terms of patient engagement. The assistant not only answered questions but also connected with Hospitadent’s CRM system to log patient queries and maintain continuity in communication. With support for both Turkish and English at launch—and plans for seven languages in total—the solution opened doors to a broader international audience.
